  (1)    I am participating in the MyGiftHub Incentive Program, how do I get my free gift?
 

You must complete the terms and conditions of the offer.  You may read the complete terms and conditions here:  http://mygifthub.com/terms.htm.

The basic requirements are: (1) Register with a valid and deliverable email address; (2) Submit accurate contact and demographic information; (3) Complete two advertiser offers from the Fine Offers Group, two from the Elite Offers Group, and two from the Superior Offers Group for a total of six advertiser offers.

  (2)     Can I go directly to the advertisers’ web pages to complete my redemption?
 

No.  In order for us to track your purchases, you must use the links provided on the offer pages.

  (3)    How do I check the status of my participation in the New Member Incentive Program?
 

You may check your redemption status at any time in the MyGiftHub member area.  Just log in at http://www.mygifthub.com using the email address you signed up with.  From here you will be able to see which steps you have completed and what you have left to do in order to fulfill the program requirements.

  (4)    After I have completed the terms and conditions, how long will it take to receive my           free  gift?
 

Upon meeting all of the requirements, you will receive an email notification asking you to login to your account and print off your redemption certificate.  Once this is received, your gift will be shipped via Federal Express within 30 days.

  (5)    I don’t live in the United States, am I eligible for your promotion?
 

No, unfortunately our promotions are limited to US residents 18 and over.

  (6)  What does it Really Cost to get myReward?   
 

There is no charge for the FREE gift you earn by completing six sponsor offers. There may be charges associated with completing sponsor offers.  

  (7)  How many Free Gifts Can I earn?   
 

Only One Reward per Household.

  (8)  This sounds too good to be true.  How does this work?   
 

Its very simple, our advertisers pay to participate in this program which allows us to give you nice rewards. 

  (9) My question was not addressed here, what do I do?
