These terms and privacy policy describe the requirements for gift redemption in MyGiftHub.com incentivized promotions and the data collection and use practices of Yesfree.com, LLC.   MyGiftHub.com  is owned and operated by Yesfree.com LLC, a North Carolina Corporation. Yesfree.com LLC, is solely responsible for the administration of this offer.  The owners of trademarked names and merchandise used in our promotions do not sponsor and have not endorsed this promotion, nor are they affiliated with the promotion in any way.  All trademarks are the property of their respective owners with all rights reserved.

To participate in MyGiftHub.com promotions, you must be at least 18 years old and a US resident.  If you do not meet these requirements, we ask that you do not register with us. Receipt of the free gift requires completion of offer terms, including; age and residency requirements, registration with a valid email address, completion of offers from sponsored offer groups and shipping address verification.

We store and use the information you give us in accordance with the terms of this Policy. Our registration form requests that you provide certain contact and profile information (like your name, e-mail address, postal address, and phone number). Some of the requested information is required in order to receive MyGiftHub.com Services; other information is optional. The required information is indicated as such on the registration pages of the MyGiftHub.com Web Site. Depending on the specific MyGiftHub.com Services for which a user registers, certain category specific information will be requested. We use this additional data to personalize your MyGiftHub.com  experience. By obtaining and using this information, we can provide you with the most timely, relevant and individualized service according to your preferences and interests.

Other than the information we require in order to provide one or more MyGiftHub.com Services to you, you do not have to provide any further information. But your election to withhold certain information will limit the value of the MyGiftHub.com experience for you.

In addition, we might receive information about you from outside sources and add it to your MyGiftHub.com membership information. We do this to improve personalization of our services (for example, providing better newsletter content, advertising or special offers that we think will interest you).

We also collect information such as the identification of the server your computer is logged onto and whether you opened a MyGiftHub.com e-mail delivered to you. In addition MyGiftHub.commay share or transfer information about you and that you provide to MyGiftHub.com, to one or more third party entities pursuant to a sale, merger, assignment, joint venture or other transfer or disposition of a portion, or all of, the assets or stock of MyGiftHub.com or its affiliated entities, or as otherwise provided herein. MyGiftHub.com may also disclose information to allow third party business partners and affiliates deliver marketing offers to you, however we only make these types of disclosures if you request that we do so.

Specific Terms and Conditions for MyGiftHub.com Promotions: This offer is available to US residents only.  Participants must be at least 18 years of age. To receive the free gift you must complete all of the steps outlined herein.  MyGiftHub.com members must: (a) register with a valid and deliverable email address; (b) submit accurate contact and demographic information; (c) Complete 2 offers from each of MyGiftHub.com's  three “Offers” groups; (Fine offers, Elite Offers, and Superior Offers)   Members complete offers  when a  MyGiftHub.com user fully completes an advertiser offer after accessing the offer by clicking on a link provided on the MyGiftHub.com website. Attempting to gain action points in any way other than clicking on the advertiser links provided by MyGiftHub.com will result in the cancellation of your account.  Completion of a financial offer such as Discover Card, the card must be activated by making a purchase, balance transfer or cash advance in order for the offer to be considered "completed", and the user must remain a card holder for at least 60 days. For long-distance phone offers you must actually complete the service change.  For paid retail offers you must accept the item/service and pay in full. Additional terms and conditions may apply to participation in select marketing offers.  You should read the terms of each offer as provided by the advertiser for an explanation of these terms where they exist.  Two (2) offers needs to be completed from "Fine Offers" group, Two (2) offer needs to be completed from "Elite Offers " group and Two (2) offer needs to be completed from "Superior Offers" group respectively. In the case where a member completes more then two offer in a specific offer group (example: Fine Offers Group), only one gift credit would be applied to members account except in the case where bonus gifts may be offered for completing multiple offers in a specific offer group (d) remain an active member for 60 days or observe a 60 day waiting period for all sponsor offers (f) complete and submit a Redemption Request Form which will be accessible in the member login area after all of the other steps outlined above have been completed. These conditions are mandatory for member to receive their gift.

MyGiftHub.com reserves the right to require individuals to provide documentation demonstrating they have completed the advertiser requirements prior to gift redemption in cases where that information is unavailable from the advertiser.

 You have up to six months from the original date of your registration to earn your free gift.  Your free gift eligibility is secured as soon as you complete one offer from each of the three offer groups and submit your Redemption Request Form. Once you meet the offer completion requirements, we will send you an email requesting that you verify your shipping address. Once we have received your verification, your free gift will be sent within thirty days. Gift redemptions are limited to one gift per household.  If you have registered for multiple gift promotions, you will be given your choice of gift items upon the submission of your Redemption Request Form.

Please note that it may take up to eight weeks for our marketing partners to report to us that you have completed their offer. Please be patient while our marketing partners report back to us. You may check your redemption status at anytime by through our member interface area at http://www.mygifthub.com.  Simply log in using the same email address with which you registered.

Security. The MyGiftHub.com Web Site has security measures in place intended to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our hardware infrastructure is housed in a controlled access facility that restricts access to authorized individuals with positive identification. Our network access to the infrastructure is protected by a firewall protection system. Member information is backed up on a periodic basis to protect against accidental loss. However, we can not guarantee that communications between you and MyGiftHub.com will not be intercepted by others and that information stored on our servers will be free from unauthorized access. While we have taken reasonable precautions to protect this information, you should always use discretion in what information you send to us and not expect that such information will be absolutely free from intrusion.

Links. The MyGiftHub.com Web Site, as well as the electronic messages sent as part of the MyGiftHub.com Service, may contain links to other sites or services. MyGiftHub.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third party sites.
